I don't even know what to say... Nate was always a diehard friend who was totally loyal to those close to him.

Rest in peace, Nate... you'll be missed and forever appreciated for the gifts you gave me personally. I never did say thank you :(

I, like some of us, have no words other than I'm completely shocked. Nate was a fantastic person and I will certainly regret not being able to share time with him again.

My condolences to all of his family/friends.

I had hoped Nate was in remission from cancer. I recall my last conversation with him he had talked about his miraculous recovery.

I had high hopes. Such a shame and loss for us all. Not yet 30 yrs old.

I hooked up with Nate in San Jose for a beer one night. Well, he had a beer and I a diet coke. I'm glad I had the opportunity to know him over these many years.

He will always be a brother.

That is truly sad. Had some great nights on TS shooting the breeze with Nate.

Well I was told when this happened by Mike, and pretty much everyone else has summed up my feelings pretty well. Nate was a good friend and I have great memories (half of them of gnomes!) gaming with him.

Well I called in a few favors and in the WOTLK expansion there will be a gnome warrior named: Synipus Rager somewhere in the world.

So its not much but at least a small tribute to someone I called a friend.

Perhaps some of our WoW players could find it in game and we can have a SS of it up here with all the MC WoW players in it. I'd even install WoW to get into the SS to help commemorate the tribute if we wanted to do something like that.

Peter saw this while I was talking to him and told me. My years with Mortis may be past, but I'll always remember you guys and this was sad to hear. I wish you all the best and hope you post pics of Lord Mortis taking the guild to visit to Synipus in WotLK.

I think they were looking for a picture of Berg when Nate was playing. That NPC is a monument to Nate's memory.

As part of the tribute to Nate, the NPC would be a gnome since he always liked to play small characters, gnomes in particular, whenever we were on a faction that had them. With that being said, gnomes are on the Alliance, hence Alliance quests. Don't worry though. I'm sure if Nate is giving the Alliance quests it will only lead them into a trap or off a cliff, something worthy of MC and the Horde.
